Hasan Fardan Al Fardan is the Chief Executive Officer of Al Fardan Exchange, a leading financial services company in the United Arab Emirates. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Richmond American University in London and a master’s degree in real estate finance and Investment from the University of Reading, Henley Business School in the UK.
Before joining the family business, Hasan gained valuable experience at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he worked as a real estate analyst. In this role, he managed international real estate investments across various regions, including Asia, Europe, and the United States.
In 2018, Hasan led a significant restructuring of the Al Fardan Group, establishing the Al Fardan Family Trust under the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) jurisdiction. This initiative resulted in the creation of several entities, such as AFG PTC RSC Limited and AFG Holding RSC Limited, enhancing the group’s corporate governance and strategic development.
Since becoming CEO in 2020, Hasan has been at the forefront of Al Fardan Exchange‘s transformation. His leadership has focused on digital innovation, operational efficiency, and expanding the company’s digital revenue streams. He has assembled a strong executive team, reinforced governance structures, and spearheaded the company’s adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance customer experience and financial accessibility.
Beyond his role at Al Fardan Exchange, Hasan serves as a board member of the UAE’s Foreign Exchange & Remittance Group (FERG) and as a director at Ajyad Capital B.S.C. Additionally, he contributes his expertise as a member of the supervisory board at Evoca Bank, a leading digital bank in Armenia. He has also held the position of Vice Chairman at both the GSCS Group of Companies and Fardan Al Fardan Holdings.
