Jordan will repurchase all bonds tendered under its offer for part of its outstanding $1 billion 5.75% notes due in 2027, after investors submitted $396.2 million in bonds for buyback. Settlement was scheduled for October 16, 2026, with Citigroup Global Markets acting as dealer manager.
