Here’s a rundown of the major players set to launch during 2024:
The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Dubai
Being part of The Dorchester Collection, this hotel is designed by Foster + partners to have 225 rooms and suites, granting its guests with access to the Beach Club at One at Palm Jumeirah (also from The Dorchester Collection) via a boat ride.
The design of the hotel is contemporary, to match the city vibes, with stone parquet flooring, triple-height ceilings, and screen dividers. It also features a swimming pool, wet deck, shaded pool deck, sun loungers, kids pool, raised lawn, BBQ pods, boutiques & cafes, and landscape garden.
Siro One Za’abeel, Dubai
SIRO is the new holistic fitness and recovery destination for guests looking to unlock their mental and physical potential through five key pillars: fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness.

Ciel Tower, Dubai
Upon completion, the Ciel Tower will become Dubai’s new tallest hotel. It is set to feature over 1,000 guestrooms and suites, an observatory and lounge on the 81st floor, an infinity pool, and a 300-metre atrium with landscaped terraces spanning all 82 stories.
The tower will facilitate its guest life by offering a combination of a romantic getaway, a spacious retreat for a family escape and a private environment to conduct business.
Mama Shelter Dubai
The residential complex Mama Shelter is an implementation of modern façade structures with glass shining fresh approach decoration. A huge scope of advanced techniques was used to create a residential complex looking like a jewel. The vertical LED screens on the façade and a faceted motif in the lower part give the illusion of a shining precious stone, which represents one of the most innovative ideas to merge between a hotel and apartments concepts.
The residential complex in Business Bay will contain 201 rooms and 80 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The first three floors serve as covered parking.
Lux* Al Bridi Resort, Sharjah
Scheduled to open in the 3rd quarter of 2024 inside Sharjah Safari Park, this luxury retreat will feature 35 safari-style accommodations within the Al Bridi Reserve. The resort will provide unique wildlife experiences and feature a Lux* Me Spa.
The dining concept will offer basically a combination of nutritious, home-grown, and plant-based produce.
FIVE LUXE, Dubai
The FIVE LUXE will be located beside the beach in JBR, alongside prime luxury beachside community of hotels and residences, with an overlook towards the Dubai Eye and Palm Jumeirah.
It includes 222 sensational hotel rooms and 275 residences, in addition to 7 restaurants and nightclubs, the ReFIVE Spa, private beach access, iconic social pool and 6 other stunning places to eat and drink. It will represent the authentic and unique vibe that global millennials love.
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai
The Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is a superyacht-inspired hotel that has 387 rooms and suites, all with sea views. It will also feature 82 residences, an 82-berth superyacht marina, a private beach, five pools, 10 restaurants, nine bars, and a large spa set over three floors.
Rove Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah
This lifestyle beach resort, developed by Marjan the master-developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, is set in a prime beach location. It will feature 441 rooms with colorful urban design and artworks inspired by the natural setting of Al Marjan Island.
The hotel will ensure easy and uplifting experiences for every leisure traveler, the same way as it will also have interconnecting rooms for families, a unique beach club concept, 24-hour boutique convenience store, outdoor pool, sundecks to relax, a 24-hour gym, a 24-hour self-service laundromat, luggage storerooms, safety deposit boxes, sofa beds for extra guests, mini-fridge and more.
Fairmont Dubai Skyline
This hotel will feature 181 rooms and suites, and 121 branded residences. Its unique architecture includes asymmetric balconies lit with a spiraling 4.5 km of lighting at night. There will be 69 two-bedroom residences, 46 three-bedroom residences, six four-bedroom Sky Mansions and a full-floor Sky Palace.
It will also feature a spa, salon, cinema, and various dining outlets. Residents will have access to a Chef’s Table for entertaining, along with a fitness studio and an indoor swimming pool.
Saij, A Mantis Collection Mountain Lodge, Ras Al Khaimah
It is a protected and sustainably managed mountain resort with ecological lodges built from natural materials.
The resort includes 35 luxury lodges that will provide guests with a blissful mountain retreat, and complete with an array of mindful pursuits and guided treks on the activity roster.
Dar Tantora, AlUla, Saudi Arabia
Dar Tantora hotel was created from sensitively restored mudbrick buildings, trying to bring this ancient form of housing back to life with a twist and a touch of luxury.
It features 30-rooms with traditional decor and minimal modern technology for a truly authentic Old AlUla experience, and offers traditional Bedouin living experiences with modern touches, including a pool, spa, restaurant, and café using local ingredients.
Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Saudi Arabia
This super-luxury resort will be the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in the Middle East. It will offer 63 water and beach villas, along with a spa, swimming pools, culinary venues, a retail area, and a Conservation Centre, aiming to blend luxury with environmental consciousness.
The resort is dedicated to underwater exploration, as the property features a diving center that will offer everything from deep-sea heritage diving excursions to snorkeling around the island’s outer reef.
Jumeirah The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia
A stunning new address located on The Red Sea Project’s main hub island, Shaura, an undiscovered haven of astonishing natural beauty surrounded by a mixture of untouched coral reefs.

Lamborghini Esperienza Giro 2024 in Langhe, Piedmont

A three-day super sports car driving experience immersed in authentic Italian culture, the Esperienza Giro brought together Lamborghini super sports car owners from across Europe for an exclusive tour celebrating the picturesque region of Langhe in Piedmont, northern Italy. Participants enjoyed luxurious accommodations, exceptional authentic dining, and an immersive experience of the region’s culture, traditions, and landscapes, during the exclusive VIP experience all organized by Automobili Lamborghini.
Il Boscareto Resort and Spa, nestled between the hills of Serralunga d’Alba, provided a luxurious setting for the guests. Upon arrival, Lamborghini clients were treated to a two Michelin-starred dinner crafted by chef Michelangelo Mammoliti at the Rei Natura restaurant, which embraces the natural elements of the region in both its interior design and cuisine.
The tour covered a total of 488 kilometers over several days, beginning with a drive to the medieval Castello di Prunetto, where guests enjoyed a specially curated hazelnut tasting experience, a regional delicacy. The super sports cars then proceeded to Pico Maccario winery, known for its innovative winemaking techniques, picturesque vineyards, and the historic Cru Cannubi wine: a bottle of which is recognized as the oldest in Italy (dated 1752), and considered one of the most important vineyards in the world. Set in rolling vineyards punctuated with the famous Pico colored pencils, denoting the different varieties of grapes and wines, the Lamborghini owners enjoyed a private tour of the production facilities and a lunch before heading back to Il Boscareto. The day ended at the remote 11th century Castello di Grinzane Cavour, a site of significant importance in Italian history and owned over the centuries by several noble Piedmontese families where guests attended a dinner in a medieval setting entertained by flag-throwers and a falconry performance.
The following day featured an exhilarating drive through mountain scenery with a coffee stop at BAart in Agliano Terme, a village renowned for its Barbera grape winemaking and gastronomy. BAart, located in the deconsecrated Chiesa di San Michele, is a community project that blends contemporary art with traditional regional flavors. The group then visited Castello di Razzano, a historic estate dating back to the 17th century, for a private lunch featuring local products, including the estate’s own olive oil. The day ended with a private dinner at Winery Cecilia Monte, where guests savored typical Piedmontese dishes and participated in a unique workshop using wine as paint.
Heading off on day four the Lamborghini owners arrived at Santuario dei Piloni for a mid-morning stop, in a craggy, rural area famed for its history and traditions; here, participants engaged in a truffle hunting experience with dogs, culminating with a tasting of the finest truffle. The tour concluded with a drive to Pollenzo, an ancient city on the banks of the Tanaro river and the home to the University of Gastronomic Studies. Reflecting the university’s dedication to culinary excellence, guests experienced a private lunch of Piedmontese specialities next door at Scuderie Sabaude, where the king of Italy’s stables once stood. Like each edition of Esperienza Giro, Lamborghini guests in Langhe enjoyed a holistic journey incorporating the exceptional and emotional performance of Lamborghini super sports cars, while celebrating the enduring allure of local cultural experiences, exceptional cuisines and Italian heritage.
