Aston Martin has unveiled Valen, its most powerful front-engined V12 supercar to date, producing 850PS and 1,000Nm of torque from a 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12. Developed through Q by Aston Martin and the brand’s Special Vehicle Operations division, the limited-production model combines a full-carbon fiber body, up to 110kg in weight savings and a 0–60mph time of just 3.0 seconds.

Abu Dhabi sovereign investor L’imad, through ADQ, has launched a conditional cash offer to acquire the remaining shares of AD Ports Group at AED 6.25 ($1.70) per share. ADQ currently holds a 75.42% stake in the group.
