The event was highlighted by the Lamborghini Urus, the Super SUV of choice among women in the region, with the participants driving over 400 kilometres. Their expedition took them past the UAE’s highest peak and included a stay within the Al Wadi desert’s protected area. The adventure featured winding roads, off-road escapades, magnificent views, and an in-depth exploration of the Lamborghini brand.

A Deep Dive into Lamborghini’s World

Over two days, attendees were immersed in the world of Lamborghini, beginning with workshops on the brand’s innovative, stereotype-breaking ethos and its forward-looking vision. A special session led by Centro Stile, Lamborghini’s design department, shed light on the brand’s global acclaim for the virtually endless customization options available through the Ad Personam program.

The road trip kicked off in Dubai, heading towards Jebel Jais on a spectacular route where the guests enjoyed a meal at Puro 1484, the highest restaurant in the UAE, set 1,484 metres above sea level. With breathtaking panoramic views of Jebel Jais and the surrounding Hajar Mountains, this was a highlight of the journey.

The route concluded with the final 100 kilometres taking them into the Al Wadi desert for off-road driving, culminating in a stay within a 1,235-acre nature reserve where a traditional Arabic dinner was served under the stars.

The Lamborghini Urus S, the centerpiece of the event, exemplified the pinnacle of performance, luxury, and versatility in a Super SUV. Enhanced with a more powerful twin-turbo V8 engine and sophisticated design features, the Urus S provided an unparalleled driving experience, further customizable through a vast choice of color, trim, and design options.

Empowering Diversity and Inclusion

Launched in 2023 in America and now reaching across the globe, the #SHEdrivesalambo initiative underscores Automobili Lamborghini’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Paolo Sartori, Regional Head for Automobili Lamborghini in the Middle East and Africa celebrated the event’s success in introducing the Urus S to guests from the region and highlighted Lamborghini’s ongoing efforts to enrich its brand appeal and challenge prevailing stereotypes.

The formal agreement was signed at Beyon’s headquarters by Hassan Al Mushaima, Chairman of Grnata Real Estate Group, and Maitham Abdulla, Chief Executive Officer of Batelco, witnessed by representatives from both companies.

This collaboration aims to transform the Golden Gate towers, among Bahrain’s tallest residential structures, into a high-tech haven. Batelco will deploy state-of-the-art technology solutions to enhance residents’ living experience.

A standout feature of this project is the implementation of a bespoke In-Building Solution (IBS), designed to boost wireless signal quality and coverage across all floors, ensuring seamless connectivity. Additionally, cutting-edge video surveillance (CCTV) systems will be installed to enhance security, providing residents with increased peace of mind.

Furthermore, the Golden Gate towers will be equipped with the latest technology systems, enabling residents to remotely control various aspects of their apartments. This includes managing lighting, air conditioning, windows, curtains, and main door access. The system is designed to be future proof, allowing integration with upcoming advancements in home automation, thus ensuring residents benefit from emerging smart home capabilities.

Hassan Al Mushaima, Chairman of Grnata Real Estate Group said: “We are pleased to announce our new strategic partnership with Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecommunications provider.”
