Since joining as brand director in 2012 and becoming CEO in 2019, he has redefined the company’s strategy, modernizing its structure and enhancing customer experience. Under his leadership, ELIE SAAB has entered a new era of unprecedented growth, solidifying its position as a global luxury powerhouse.
His vision goes beyond couture, integrating a reengineered organizational structure, digital transformation, and a commitment to innovation. This evolution has propelled the brand’s expansion across industries and continents, reinforcing its status as a leader in luxury.

The “1001 Seasons of ELIE SAAB” event in Riyadh in December 2024 marked a significant milestone for the brand. How do you reflect on the event’s success?
The event was a celebration of storytelling and craftsmanship, highlighting the brand’s connection to the Middle East’s rich cultural heritage. Its success affirmed the region’s growing prominence in the global luxury market and reflected the universal appeal of our designs. Every person who worked on this project did so from the heart, and I am truly moved by the result. We are proud to be part of Riyadh Season, and we are proud to see how our creations resonated with such a diverse and engaged audience.
The event highlighted the cultural transformation within Saudi Arabia. How do you think Elie Saab’s collaboration with Riyadh Season reinforced the brand’s connection to the Middle East?
This collaboration reflected the values of elegance, innovation, and cultural pride that we both carry and represent. It allowed us to celebrate Saudi Arabia’s transformation and share with the world a new perspective on the Kingdom as it is today. Through this event, we showcased how beauty and modernity can come together to honor the region’s identity on a global stage.
With Elie Saab’s expanding footprint in the Middle East, what has been the most rewarding aspect of this growth? How do you plan to continue fostering this presence in this dynamic region in 2025 and beyond?
The most rewarding aspect of Elie Saab’s expansion has been the opportunity to bring our craftsmanship and unique vision to new markets and communities. Our growth has allowed us to engage with diverse audiences who appreciate the elegance and timelessness that define our brand. It is only natural for us to further cement our presence in the region, where we continue to see exciting opportunities for growth. We are still expanding, with new boutiques opening in key locations such as Kuwait.
Looking toward 2025 and beyond, we plan to foster this growth by maintaining a focus on innovation, quality, and the personal experience we offer our customers. Whether through exclusive events, curated collections, or meaningful collaborations, we are committed to remaining at the forefront of the luxury fashion world while staying true to our roots and the values that have made Elie Saab a global name.

ELIE SAAB Maison continues to gain global recognition. How does this evolution from haute couture to luxury lifestyle products reflect the broader changes in consumer behavior, and what can we expect next?
ELIE SAAB Maison, launched just five years ago, has grown significantly, furnishing complete homes worldwide and establishing itself as a symbol of sophisticated and timeless living. This journey reflects a broader shift in consumer behavior—customers today want more than a product; they seek a story, an experience, and a connection to a lifestyle.
Our expansion from haute couture to luxury interiors embodies this, driven by Mr. Saab’s vision of creating spaces that inspire daily living. This philosophy has shaped our home collections, resulting in pieces and interiors that embody timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship.
We have expanded this vision into real estate developments and hospitality, with an increasing focus on fully furnished projects where clients can experience the ELIE SAAB lifestyle in its entirety.
As we look ahead, we will continue to build on this vision, delivering complete environments that inspire and connect with our global audience in meaningful ways.
Now that the brand has celebrated 45 years, what are the key areas of innovation or growth that you are most excited about in 2025?
We are excited to continue expanding geographically and further growing our luxury lifestyle concept. From ready-to-wear and couture to perfume, accessories, and Maison, we aim to strengthen our position as a luxury lifestyle brand. In 2025, we will focus on blending innovation with our heritage, expanding our real estate and furniture lines, and consolidating our existing offerings to ensure the brand remains a symbol of sophistication and modernity.
How will you maintain the legacy of Elie Saab while adapting to the ever-changing global luxury market?
Maintaining the legacy of Elie Saab means staying true to our roots while embracing change. Through new projects, we continuously strive to stay forward-thinking and attuned to the evolving luxury landscape. For a while now, we have been focusing on anticipating consumer needs to remain relevant in today’s competitive world. By prioritizing innovation and digital transformation, we can adapt to shifting expectations while ensuring that our commitment to craftsmanship, elegance, and timeless design remains at the core of everything we do. This balance allows us to honor our heritage while staying at the forefront of the global luxury market.
